首先对创新人才的涵义及特点加以阐述,并将创新人才的智力、能力与素质等方面的关键要素进行了详细的分析、概括与总结;然后,对创新人才培养的有效途径加以概括和总结;最后结合创新人才的智能素质结构阐述了创新人才培养的基本方法,并对创新人才培养的关键问题作了系统全面的总结。
首先對創新人纔的涵義及特點加以闡述,併將創新人纔的智力、能力與素質等方麵的關鍵要素進行瞭詳細的分析、概括與總結;然後,對創新人纔培養的有效途徑加以概括和總結;最後結閤創新人纔的智能素質結構闡述瞭創新人纔培養的基本方法,併對創新人纔培養的關鍵問題作瞭繫統全麵的總結。

This paper initially expounded meaning and characteristic of innovation personnel, and thoroughly analyzed its key elements of intelligence,ability and quality.Then,efficient path of innovation personnel train-ing was summarized.Finally,based on intelligence and quality structure,basic method of innovation personnel training was elaborated and key problems in training were systematically concluded.
