采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对常州市体育公共服务的现状进行研究。结果表明：居民的健康意识与活动意识很强，为体育公共服务的发展提供了广阔的空间。居住区的健身场、馆是居民体育锻炼的主要场所，城市公园、绿草地、公共体育场馆、学校和城市广场等地方是居民健身活动的重要地点；盈利性企业和组织提供的体育健身和竞赛服务已经成为常州市体育公共服务的重要组成部分。政府体育部门和非盈利组织为市民公共体育需求提供了更多的途径和渠道。市民最希望得到的体育公共服务是锻炼方法指导和健身信息咨询与讲座。体质监测、体质监控与干预等服务是市民最关心、最现实的公共服务需求。

Using the research methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics etc, this paper makes an analysis on current situation of public sports service in Changzhou.The results shows that residents have a strong sense of health and physical exercising awareness,which provides a broad space for the develop-ment of public sports service.Community health courts and sites are the main physical exercising spots of resi-dents.City parks,green lawns,public stadiums,schools and squares become places where people perform im-portant fitness activities.Public sports services from profitable firms and organizations have become the impor-tant part of sports service in Changzhou.Non-profitable organizations give more access to public demands for sports.People are most concerned about the training guidance,fitness information and seminar services. Physical fitness monitoring,physique monitoring,intervention and other services are the most concerned and realistic public service requirements of residents in Changzhou.
