Low-concentration%high-capacity%brachial plexus blocking
目的:既能取得完善的臂丛神经麻醉效果又不增加局麻药剂量,减少毒性反应的麻醉方法。方法80例行上肢手术臂丛神经阻滞的患者随机均分为低浓度高容量臂丛神经阻滞组(观察组)和传统容量浓度臂丛神经阻滞组(对照组)。观察组患者给予2%利多卡因10 ml+1%罗哌卡因10 ml+生理盐水至50 ml。对照组患者给予2%利多卡因10 ml+1%罗哌卡因10 ml+生理盐水至25 ml,观察并记录臂丛神经支配区域针刺感觉消失时间、持续时间、尺桡侧阻滞不全例数、应用镇痛药物例数、并发症。结果观察组麻醉成功率明显高于对照组,并发症显著低于对照组。结论低浓度高容量局麻药对臂丛神经阻滞能够获得更完善的阻滞效果而且并发症少。
目的:既能取得完善的臂叢神經痳醉效果又不增加跼痳藥劑量,減少毒性反應的痳醉方法。方法80例行上肢手術臂叢神經阻滯的患者隨機均分為低濃度高容量臂叢神經阻滯組(觀察組)和傳統容量濃度臂叢神經阻滯組(對照組)。觀察組患者給予2%利多卡因10 ml+1%囉哌卡因10 ml+生理鹽水至50 ml。對照組患者給予2%利多卡因10 ml+1%囉哌卡因10 ml+生理鹽水至25 ml,觀察併記錄臂叢神經支配區域針刺感覺消失時間、持續時間、呎橈側阻滯不全例數、應用鎮痛藥物例數、併髮癥。結果觀察組痳醉成功率明顯高于對照組,併髮癥顯著低于對照組。結論低濃度高容量跼痳藥對臂叢神經阻滯能夠穫得更完善的阻滯效果而且併髮癥少。
목적:기능취득완선적비총신경마취효과우불증가국마약제량,감소독성반응적마취방법。방법80례행상지수술비총신경조체적환자수궤균분위저농도고용량비총신경조체조(관찰조)화전통용량농도비총신경조체조(대조조)。관찰조환자급여2%리다잡인10 ml+1%라고잡인10 ml+생리염수지50 ml。대조조환자급여2%리다잡인10 ml+1%라고잡인10 ml+생리염수지25 ml,관찰병기록비총신경지배구역침자감각소실시간、지속시간、척뇨측조체불전례수、응용진통약물례수、병발증。결과관찰조마취성공솔명현고우대조조,병발증현저저우대조조。결론저농도고용량국마약대비총신경조체능구획득경완선적조체효과이차병발증소。
Objective To explore an approach to reduce the toxicity of anesthesia without increasing the dose of local anesthetic and achieving brachial plexus blocking. Methods Chosen 80 patients who need brachial plexus blocking, then they were randomlydivided into two groups, the low -concentration and high -capacity brachial plexus block group (observation group) was treated with 10ml lidocaine (2%) plus 10ml ropivacaine (1%) and diluted to 50ml with normal saline solution, while the traditional brachial plexus block group ( control group) was treated with 10ml lidocaine (2%) plus 10ml ropivacaine (1%) and diluted to 25ml with normal saline solution. The disappears time of tingling in the regional of brachial nerve, the duration, the incomplete blocking cases in the ulnar and radial side, the application of analgesic drug cases and the complications were observed and recorded. Results The success rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group, and the anesthetic complications were significantly lower than control group. Conclusions The application of low -concentration and high -capacity local anesthetic can get better results and fewer complications for brachial plexus blocking.
