目的：探讨局麻下应用超普疝装置（ Ultrapro Hernia System ，UHS）行老年腹股沟疝无张力修补术的方法及临床疗效。方法总结分析我院自2012年1月至2013年12月期间收治的104例老年腹股沟疝患者，采用局麻下UHS疝装置行无张力疝修补术的临床资料，观察手术时间、术后下床活动时间、总住院天数、术后并发症等。结果104例患者均治愈出院，手术时间35～105 min，平均55 min；术后下床活动时间2～24 h，平均10 h；总住院天数3～7 d，平均4．5 d。其中1例出现脂肪液化，2例出现皮下瘀血，2例出现阴囊积液，经穿刺抽液后治愈；均无切口感染、复发等并发症发生。结论局麻下应用超普疝装置（ UHS）行老年腹股沟疝无张力修补术并发症少，其治疗效果安全可靠，是一种理想的手术方式，值得推广。
목적：탐토국마하응용초보산장치（ Ultrapro Hernia System ，UHS）행노년복고구산무장력수보술적방법급림상료효。방법총결분석아원자2012년1월지2013년12월기간수치적104례노년복고구산환자，채용국마하UHS산장치행무장력산수보술적림상자료，관찰수술시간、술후하상활동시간、총주원천수、술후병발증등。결과104례환자균치유출원，수술시간35～105 min，평균55 min；술후하상활동시간2～24 h，평균10 h；총주원천수3～7 d，평균4．5 d。기중1례출현지방액화，2례출현피하어혈，2례출현음낭적액，경천자추액후치유；균무절구감염、복발등병발증발생。결론국마하응용초보산장치（ UHS）행노년복고구산무장력수보술병발증소，기치료효과안전가고，시일충이상적수술방식，치득추엄。
Objective To evaluate the advantages and clinical effects of Ultrapro Hernia System ( UHS) in tension-free inguinal hernia repair under local anesthesia .Methods A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the clinical data of the 104 patients who underwent tension -free herniaUHS repair in our hospital during January 2012 and December 2013.The duration of operation , out-of-bed activity time, hospital stay and the occurrence of complications were observed .Results All the 104 cases had positive results .The operation time were ranged from 35 to 105 minutes, and 55 minutes on average .Out-of-bed activity time was 2 to 24 hours, with a mean of 10 hours.And hospital stay was 3 to 7 days,4.5days on average .Most of the cases significantly recovered without complications ,except 1 case offat liquefaction, 2cases of hypodermic hematoma and 2 cases of subcutaneous fluid ,but recovered after application of puncture .No complication of such as infection and recurrence occurred.Conclusions The application of UHS in the repairing of senile inguinal hernia under local anesthesia was safe and reliable , this operation mode is worthy of popularization .
