目的:评价Dinana-5型全自动血细胞分析仪对血小板测定的临床应用价值。方法使用血细胞分析仪和显微镜,严格按规定操作检测标本得出结果。结果血小板数<20×109/L,和<50×109/L,及>400×109/L时两种计数方法差异均有统计学意义(P>0.05);当血小板数为(50~100)×109/L时,(100~300)×109/L,(300~400)×109/L时两种方法间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血细胞分析仪对血小板计数明显降低及明显增多时,应用手工法计做重复检测,提高结果准确性。

목적:평개Dinana-5형전자동혈세포분석의대혈소판측정적림상응용개치。방법사용혈세포분석의화현미경,엄격안규정조작검측표본득출결과。결과혈소판수<20×109/L,화<50×109/L,급>400×109/L시량충계수방법차이균유통계학의의(P>0.05);당혈소판수위(50~100)×109/L시,(100~300)×109/L,(300~400)×109/L시량충방법간무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론혈세포분석의대혈소판계수명현강저급명현증다시,응용수공법계주중복검측,제고결과준학성。
Objective To study the clinical value of detecting platelet by using Dinana -5 automatic blood cell analyzer .Methods Using blood cell analyzer and microscope detect the number of platelet in strict accordance with the provisions of the operation .Results When Platelet number was less than 20 ×109/L, less than 50 ×109/L and more than 400 ×109/L,the differences of the two methods were statistically significant (P>0.05).When the platelet number was between 50 and 100 ×109/L, or 100-300 ×109/L, the differences of the two methods had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusions When the blood cell analyzer for platelet count was significantly decreased or increased , the application of manual method can improve the accuracy of results.
