目的：探讨新型脱蜡抗原修复液在免疫组织化学实验中的应用价值。方法选用乳腺癌较常应用的ER、PR、P53、Her－2免疫试剂盒，采用新型脱蜡抗原修复液与传统操作两种方法进行免疫组织化学实验，对比实验结果。结果新型脱蜡抗原修复液染色结果阳性率与传统操作无差异；Her－2不确定率低于传统操作。结论将组织切片脱蜡和抗原修复一次性完成具有操作简便、染色结果满意、避免二甲苯对人体造成伤害等优点，值得推广。
목적：탐토신형탈사항원수복액재면역조직화학실험중적응용개치。방법선용유선암교상응용적ER、PR、P53、Her－2면역시제합，채용신형탈사항원수복액여전통조작량충방법진행면역조직화학실험，대비실험결과。결과신형탈사항원수복액염색결과양성솔여전통조작무차이；Her－2불학정솔저우전통조작。결론장조직절편탈사화항원수복일차성완성구유조작간편、염색결과만의、피면이갑분대인체조성상해등우점，치득추엄。
Objective To explore the application value of new dewaxing antigen repair liquid in immunohistochemical experiment .Methods Chosen ER, PR, P53, Her-2immunoassays kit normally used in breast cancer, using new dewaxing antigen repair liquid and traditional antigen repair liquid were chosento do immunohistochemical experiment operation, comparing the experimental results .Results The difference of positive rate of the two dewaxing antigen repair fluidwas not statistically significant .And uncertain rate of dewaxing antigen repair fluidwas lower than that of traditional antigen repair fluid when detecting Her -2. Conclusions New dewaxing antigen repair liquid has the advantages such as dewaxing and antigen repair at one-time,it is simple and convenient, good dyeing results and avoids harmsof xylene to human, so it is worth being promoted.
