目的：探讨支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜治疗声带息肉的临床效果及并发症的防治。方法收集2012年6月至2014年1月，在全麻下应用支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜，于电视监视器下手术切除声带息肉124例，对其手术效果及并发症进行分析。结果术后随访3～6月，治愈120例（96．8％），好转4例（3．2％），无无效病例。并发症的发生与术者经验、患者体质及手术时间长短相关。结论支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜手术切除声带息肉，操作简单、安全，临床效果良好，容易开展。并发症以咽部黏膜擦伤10例（8．1％）多发，牙齿损伤3例（2．4％），咽部出血2例（1．6％）。选择合适病例，提高手术操作技巧，改进手术器械，可提高手术效果、避免和减少并发症的发生。
목적：탐토지탱후경연합비내경치료성대식육적림상효과급병발증적방치。방법수집2012년6월지2014년1월，재전마하응용지탱후경연합비내경，우전시감시기하수술절제성대식육124례，대기수술효과급병발증진행분석。결과술후수방3～6월，치유120례（96．8％），호전4례（3．2％），무무효병례。병발증적발생여술자경험、환자체질급수술시간장단상관。결론지탱후경연합비내경수술절제성대식육，조작간단、안전，림상효과량호，용역개전。병발증이인부점막찰상10례（8．1％）다발，아치손상3례（2．4％），인부출혈2례（1．6％）。선택합괄병례，제고수술조작기교，개진수술기계，가제고수술효과、피면화감소병발증적발생。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of vocal cord polyp resected by laryngoscope combined with nasal endoscopic and the prevention of complications .Methods From June 2012 to January 2014, 124 cases of vocal cord polyp which were resected under general anesthesia by laryngoscope combined with endoscopic under the television monitors were chosen to analyze the surgery effects and its complications.Results After a follow-up of 3 to 6 months, 120 cases were cured (96.8%), improved in 4 cases (3.2%).The complications were associated with the experience of performer, the patient 's physical and the length of surgery time . Conclusions The resection of vocal cord polyp by laryngoscope combined with endoscopic is simple and safe, which has good clinical effect and is easy to be carried .The complications include abrasions to the pharyngeal mucosa, teeth injury and pharyngeal bleeding .Selecting the appropriate cases, improving operative techniques and improving surgical instruments can improve surgical results, avoid and reduce the complications .
