目的:探讨分析短期小剂量糖皮质激素联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月至2013年6月住院治疗的支原体肺炎患儿120例,分为治疗组和对照组,各60例,治疗组予阿奇霉素联合甲泼尼龙治疗,对照组予阿奇霉素联合安慰剂治疗。对比两组间发热持续时间、咳嗽缓解时间,对比治疗前后外周血白细胞数、超敏C反应蛋白( CRP )、胸片的变化,评估疗效。结果治疗组发热时间缩短,咳嗽缓解时间提前,外周血白细胞数、超敏C反应蛋白下降幅度更为明显,胸片改善病例数多于对照组。两组患儿的退热时间、咳嗽缓解时间、外周血白细胞数、超敏C反应蛋白下降程度、胸片改善例数的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期短期小剂量使用糖皮质激素联合治疗儿童支原体肺炎,疗效更明显。

목적:탐토분석단기소제량당피질격소연합아기매소치료인동지원체폐염적림상효과。방법선취2012년1월지2013년6월주원치료적지원체폐염환인120례,분위치료조화대조조,각60례,치료조여아기매소연합갑발니룡치료,대조조여아기매소연합안위제치료。대비량조간발열지속시간、해수완해시간,대비치료전후외주혈백세포수、초민C반응단백( CRP )、흉편적변화,평고료효。결과치료조발열시간축단,해수완해시간제전,외주혈백세포수、초민C반응단백하강폭도경위명현,흉편개선병례수다우대조조。량조환인적퇴열시간、해수완해시간、외주혈백세포수、초민C반응단백하강정도、흉편개선례수적차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론조기단기소제량사용당피질격소연합치료인동지원체폐염,료효경명현。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of short -term low-dose glucocorticoid combined with azithromycin for the treatment of children mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods Select 120 children with mycoplasma pneumonia hospitalized during January 2012 and June 2013, they were divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases for each group. Patients in treatment group received azithromycin plus methylprednisolone for therapy and the control group was given azithromycin combined with placebo. Compare the duration of fever, cough relief time of the two groups, compared peripheral blood leucocyte count, high -sensitivity C-reactive protein ( CRP ) and chest X -ray changes before and after treatment, and assessed the efficacy.Results The fever duration of treatment group shortened, cough ease ahead of time, peripheral blood leucocyte countand high -sensitivity C-reactive protein has more pronounced decrease. The number of improved chest X -ray cases was more than the control group.The differences of cooling time, cough relief time, peripheral blood leucocyte count, the degree of high -sensitivity C -reactive protein decrease, the number of improved chest X-ray cases of the two groups'children were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Early use of short -term low-dose glucocorticoid combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children could have more obvious curative effect.
