安徽省“十二五”中期在构建省、市二级综合卫生管理信息平台和县级数据中心，推进业务应用系统建设，建立全省卫生信息化网络体系等方面取得了积极进展。但仍存在区域卫生信息平台建设不完善，卫生信息系统数据利用率低、信息标准不统一等问题。需进一步加快区域卫生信息化平台建设，促进各类机构业务协同；加强卫生信息技术支持，建立专业信息技术队伍；完善区域卫生信息化平台标准体系，规范医疗卫生服务。
