目的:分析外科病房护士面对急诊患者时的心理问题,以增强护患沟通,减少护患冲突,提高护理工作满意度。方法选取我院普外科、骨科病房护士58人,进行研究。统计心理问题、工作年限与工作态度和文化程度间的关系。结果60%的护士出现不同程度的焦虑心理;20%的护士出现害怕、惊恐心理;15%的护士容易出现情绪失控,与患者及家属,或者其他工作人员沟通不良;70%的护士出现厌烦心理。5年以内的外科护士职业倦怠程度最高。结论根据不同原因的心理问题进行分析和解决,有利于护理人员工作效率提高,增加医患沟通和信任。

목적:분석외과병방호사면대급진환자시적심리문제,이증강호환구통,감소호환충돌,제고호리공작만의도。방법선취아원보외과、골과병방호사58인,진행연구。통계심리문제、공작년한여공작태도화문화정도간적관계。결과60%적호사출현불동정도적초필심리;20%적호사출현해파、량공심리;15%적호사용역출현정서실공,여환자급가속,혹자기타공작인원구통불량;70%적호사출현염번심리。5년이내적외과호사직업권태정도최고。결론근거불동원인적심리문제진행분석화해결,유리우호리인원공작효솔제고,증가의환구통화신임。
Objective To analyzethe psychological problems of emergency surgical ward nurses when faced with patients, in order to enhance the nurse -patient communication, reduce conflict between nurses and patients, improve satisfaction of care. Methods 58nurses worked in orthopedic wardof general surgery were enrolled in the study. Study the relationship between psychological problems and work experience, education level and work attitudes. Results 60 percent of the nurses suffered from varying degrees of psychological anxiety, 20%of the nurses felt fear and panic ,15% of nurses prone to fail in emotional control, communication with patients and their families, or other staff. 70% of the nurses appeared tired psychological problems. Surgical nurseswho worked no more than five years had highest burnout degree. Conclusions Analyze and solve problems based on different psychological reason is conducive to the nursing staff efficiency and increase patient communication and trust.
