如何根据汽轮机叶片型面模型的理论数据点及测量路径约束条件,准确获取实际测头位置是叶片型面测量的关键所在。在已知汽轮机叶片型面模型设计型线理论点的情况下,提出了采用闭合B样条插值法求叶片型面理论曲线,并采用拟追赶法反求B样条插值曲线控制顶点的基于闭合B样条插值的汽轮机叶片测量路径规划模型及其相应算法。数据表明,测量路径符合叶片曲率变化,且路径变化在景深范围内,可以很好地满足高精度叶片型面的测量要求。
如何根據汽輪機葉片型麵模型的理論數據點及測量路徑約束條件,準確穫取實際測頭位置是葉片型麵測量的關鍵所在。在已知汽輪機葉片型麵模型設計型線理論點的情況下,提齣瞭採用閉閤B樣條插值法求葉片型麵理論麯線,併採用擬追趕法反求B樣條插值麯線控製頂點的基于閉閤B樣條插值的汽輪機葉片測量路徑規劃模型及其相應算法。數據錶明,測量路徑符閤葉片麯率變化,且路徑變化在景深範圍內,可以很好地滿足高精度葉片型麵的測量要求。

To obtain the actual location of measuring head accurately is the key to measure of the blade sur‐face according to the constraints and the data points of model for the steam turbine blade surface .It this case , the path planning and algorithm of the steam turbine blade surface measurement are designed and implemented based on closed B-spline interpolation .T he theoretical curve of the blade surface is acquired by using the closed B-spline interpolation and control vertices for B -spline interpolation curve is acquired by Quasi -chasing method .Data indicated that the measuring path and variation for the blade surface curvature are in accord and meet the requirements of high precise measuring for the blade surface .
