A underground pipe network management information system with ArcGIS software as the geographic infor-mation system platform and C#.NET as developing rool,was developed independently by means of COM and SOA tech-nology and so on.In terms of the system target,overall architecture,function design,database design,and system realiza-tion,the system realization project was described.It is able to meet the actual needs of different types of users after the system is finished.
