转换精度是在不同坐标系统转换时关系工程应用的关键因素。文章用曹妃甸工业区同期控制点的两套已知坐标数据,利用4参数、7参数的转换模型对求解参数时选用公共点的位置与精度因素对 WGS -84坐标系到唐山城市坐标系平面坐标转换精度的影响进行了实例分析,在此基础上得出了一些有益的结论。

Conversion accuracy is the key factor associated with the engineering applications in different coordinate system transformation.By means of the two sets of control point coordinate data in the same period in Caofeidian industrial zone,using the transformation models of both the four parameters and seven parameters,and taking the transformation from WGS-84 coordinate system to Tangshan city plan coordinate system for an example,this paper analyzed the effect of the accuracy factors and the selected position of common point for solving the parameters on the plan coordinate transfor-mation accuracy.On this basis,some useful conclusions have been drawn.
