目的：研究吡格列酮联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法收集我院临床确诊为多囊卵巢综合征的患者60例，随机分为炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗组（A组30例）和吡格列酮联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗组（B组30例）。严密地观察两组患者的治疗过程，5个月后测定患者体内黄体生成素（LH）、睾酮（T）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）的含量。结果与A组比较，B组患者LH、T含量明显下降（P＜0.05）。结论临床上针对多囊卵巢综合征治疗，采用吡格列酮联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片的疗效较单用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片的疗效显著。
목적：연구필격렬동연합결자순배병잉동편치료다낭란소종합정적림상료효。방법수집아원림상학진위다낭란소종합정적환자60례，수궤분위결자순배병잉동편치료조（A조30례）화필격렬동연합결자순배병잉동편치료조（B조30례）。엄밀지관찰량조환자적치료과정，5개월후측정환자체내황체생성소（LH）、고동（T）、란포자격소（FSH）적함량。결과여A조비교，B조환자LH、T함량명현하강（P＜0.05）。결론림상상침대다낭란소종합정치료，채용필격렬동연합결자순배병잉동편적료효교단용결자순배병잉동편적료효현저。
Objective To study of pioglitazone combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets in the treatment of clinical curative effect of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 60 cases were collected in our hospitaldiagnosed as polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets treatment group (group A, 30 cases) and pioglitazone combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets treatment group (group B, 30 cases). Strictly observe the treatment process of two groups of patients, 5 months after the determination in patients with corpus luteum erythropoietin, testosterone, f ollicle stimulating hormone content. Results compared with A group, B group, T content decreased signiifcantly in patients with LH(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinically for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, the curative effects of pioglitazone combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets than single use of curative effect of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets signiifcantly.
