对稻草高温热水预提取半纤维素的条件进行了研究。结果表明,预提取温度和时间影响水解液中还原糖的含量。从得率和还原糖含量两个方面考虑,最佳的预提取条件为150℃,升温1 h,保温1.5 h,此时水解液中还原糖含量为4.65 g/L。半纤维素预提取后,纸张的抗张指数明显下降,撕裂指数增加。
對稻草高溫熱水預提取半纖維素的條件進行瞭研究。結果錶明,預提取溫度和時間影響水解液中還原糖的含量。從得率和還原糖含量兩箇方麵攷慮,最佳的預提取條件為150℃,升溫1 h,保溫1.5 h,此時水解液中還原糖含量為4.65 g/L。半纖維素預提取後,紙張的抗張指數明顯下降,撕裂指數增加。
대도초고온열수예제취반섬유소적조건진행료연구。결과표명,예제취온도화시간영향수해액중환원당적함량。종득솔화환원당함량량개방면고필,최가적예제취조건위150℃,승온1 h,보온1.5 h,차시수해액중환원당함량위4.65 g/L。반섬유소예제취후,지장적항장지수명현하강,시렬지수증가。
Conditions of hemicellulose pre-extraction of rice straw were discussed using hot water. The results shows temperature and extraction time influence the concentration of reducing sugar in hydrolyzate. Considering two points of the concentration of reducing sugar and the yield of rice straw,the optimum condition of pre-ex-traction was 1 h of heating time and 1 . 5 h holding time at 150 ℃. The concentration of reducing sugar in hydrolyzate was 4. 65 g/L. After hemicellulose pre-extraction,the tensile index of paper decreased obviously, and the tear index of paper increased.
