With the LC-Bas track of certain suspension crane with high production efficiency,low cost,and stable performance as the study object,the paper introduces its difference from other similar products.Based on the features of LC-Bas track,the production technological procedure is established.Each type of technological frock is analyzed and de-signed according to the technological procedure,as well as the structural analysis,frock positioning analysis,size calcula-tion,etc.In actual production,it's verified that LC-Bas track production tooling can meet the size and usage requirements, and solve the problems regarding the track in domestic manufacturing.
