起升机构采用2个盘式制动器时,存在2个制动器采用2个独立制动盘和共用1个制动盘的不同配置。通过对某台采用双制动器的280 t 通用桥式起重机的主起升机构进行计算分析,分别计算配置1个制动盘或2个制动盘的情况下,在不同工况下对制动效果及传动系统受力的影响,发现两种方式各有利弊。依据计算分析结果,提示设计选择制动器布置方式时的注意事项。

When the hoisting mechanism adopts 2 disc brakes,the brakes can be configured as either 2 independent brake discs or sharing one brake disc.Through calculation analysis for the main hoisting mechanism of the 280t general-purpose overhead crane with double-brake,in both cases of either one brake disc or 2 brake discs,the impact of different working conditions on braking effect and the stress to transmission system are calculated respectively,which shows advanta-ges and disadvantages in both cases.According to the analysis result,the paper puts forward some matters requiring atten-tion during design and selection of the brake configuration form.
