对磷酸盐处理和平衡磷酸盐处理两种方式进行对比试验,高温高压锅炉采用平衡磷酸盐处理方式后,运行稳定,水质改善,蒸汽品质提高,节省了给水二次加氨的用量,避免了磷酸盐隐藏现象,溶药次数和强度下降。
對燐痠鹽處理和平衡燐痠鹽處理兩種方式進行對比試驗,高溫高壓鍋爐採用平衡燐痠鹽處理方式後,運行穩定,水質改善,蒸汽品質提高,節省瞭給水二次加氨的用量,避免瞭燐痠鹽隱藏現象,溶藥次數和彊度下降。

Experiments have been conducted to compare phosphate treatment and equilibrium phos-phate treatment. The result shows that by adopting equilibrium phosphate treatment,the high tempera-ture and high pressure boiler runs stably with higher quality water and steam,and dosing amount of secondary ammonia to boiler feed water is reduced,hidden of phosphate is prevented and chemical dosing times and quantity are reduced.
