提出了大容积焦炉炉柱的设计思路和手段,分析了炉柱与保护板配合的结构形式和炉柱的载荷条件,利用三维仿真软件对炉柱进行静态分析。通过分析验证了炉柱柱身的强度和刚度,确保炉柱能对大容积焦炉炉体提供足够的保护力。
提齣瞭大容積焦爐爐柱的設計思路和手段,分析瞭爐柱與保護闆配閤的結構形式和爐柱的載荷條件,利用三維倣真軟件對爐柱進行靜態分析。通過分析驗證瞭爐柱柱身的彊度和剛度,確保爐柱能對大容積焦爐爐體提供足夠的保護力。

This paper puts forwards the design principle and method for the backstay of large coke oven,and analyzes the joint structure between backstay and flash plate and the loading condition of backstay. Three-dimensional simulation software is adopted for static analysis of backstay. The strength and rigidity of backstay is verified to ensure enough protection force from the backstay to large coke oven proper.
