This paper introduces the structure and corollary equipment of 200kg pilot coke oven. Coking experiments were performed to compare with 6m production coke oven. The result shows that the coke quality produced by the 200kg pilot coke oven has obvious linear relation with that produced by production coke oven. This relationship can be used to guide coal blending.
