以重庆市部分参与西部地区幼儿教师脱产置换学员为调查对象,分别调查了学员对培训课程实现自己专业理念与师德、专业知识、专业能力发展的满意度。结果发现各方对“幼儿教师国培”项目目的的理解、承办“国培”单位的管理能力和参与培训幼儿教师的主观态度是影响幼儿教师国培项目满意度的主要影响因素。
以重慶市部分參與西部地區幼兒教師脫產置換學員為調查對象,分彆調查瞭學員對培訓課程實現自己專業理唸與師德、專業知識、專業能力髮展的滿意度。結果髮現各方對“幼兒教師國培”項目目的的理解、承辦“國培”單位的管理能力和參與培訓幼兒教師的主觀態度是影響幼兒教師國培項目滿意度的主要影響因素。

Taking the city of Chongqing one of the participating children full-time replacement student teachers in the western area of China as the object of study, the students were surveyed on training courses to achieve their professional idea and ethics, professional knowledge, professional ability development satisfaction. The result shows that the parties ’ understanding of the“kindergarten teachers’ national training”project, the management ability to undertake “national training” and the attitude of the kindergarten’s director are the main factors to influence the satisfaction of preschool teachers national training project.
