测试耐碱性分散染料的性能发现,耐碱性分散染料由于取代基的改变,染料的耐碱性得以提高,同时使亲水性降低,表现在个别颜色的移染性能下降。为了改善耐碱分散染料的移染性,筛选了大量的耐碱染料匀染剂。通过大量试验,改善了耐碱分散染料的移染性能和应用性能,拓展了耐碱分散染料的应用空间,提高了耐碱分散染料染色的成功率,具有传统分散染料无法比拟的优势。
測試耐堿性分散染料的性能髮現,耐堿性分散染料由于取代基的改變,染料的耐堿性得以提高,同時使親水性降低,錶現在箇彆顏色的移染性能下降。為瞭改善耐堿分散染料的移染性,篩選瞭大量的耐堿染料勻染劑。通過大量試驗,改善瞭耐堿分散染料的移染性能和應用性能,拓展瞭耐堿分散染料的應用空間,提高瞭耐堿分散染料染色的成功率,具有傳統分散染料無法比擬的優勢。

Research about alkali resistance disperse dye shows that substituent change of dye could improve the alkali resistance property and decrease the hydrophilicity characterized as decrease of the migration property. Many levelling agents is screened in order to improve migration property of alkali resistance disperse dye. Through lots of experiments, migration and application properties of alkali resistance disperse dye is improved, the application field of alkali resistant disperse dyes is expanded and one-time right dyeing rate is also increased. All these characteristics are incomparable to traditional disperse dyes.
