目的：探讨临床药师在化疗致骨髓抑制患者诊疗的全过程中所发挥的作用，为临床药师深入临床开展药学监护工作的切入点提供参考。方法：临床药师结合收治的化疗后骨髓抑制患者的病例资料、诊治经过及治疗方案中相关药物的作用机制及使用剂量，对化疗致骨髓抑制的患者提供药学服务。结果与结论：药师掌握骨髓抑制诊治方面的知识，深入了解相关疾病的发生、发展机制及诊治指南，有利于今后对化疗后严重骨髓抑制的患者提供个体化的药学服务。临床药师应不断学习、提升自身专业水平，以便在肿瘤患者的药物治疗中为临床医师提供可靠的药学信息服务，为临床合理用药提供保障。

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the role of clinicians played in the whole process of diagnosis and treatment of patients with chemotherapy-induced bone marrow suppression for clinical pharmacists'reference in carrying out clinical pharmaceutical care .METHODS:Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care for patients with myelosuppression after undergoing chemotherapy based on patients'medical record , diagnosis and treatment process and the action mechanism and the dose of the related drugs .CONCLUSIONS:Pharmacists'mastering of the knowledge on the diagnosis and treatment of bone marrow suppression , understanding the pathogenesis and the treatment guidelines of the related diseases are of great importance in providing individualized pharmaceutical care for the patients with chemotherapy -induced myelosuppression .Clinical pharmacists should improve their professional level through incessant learning so as to provide reliable pharmaceutical information for clinicians and guarantee for clinical rational use of drugs .
