研究了气流烘丝参数(不同物料入口含水率和蒸汽施加量)对卷烟主流烟气7种有害成分(巴豆醛、苯酚、氢氰酸、苯并[a]芘、CO、氨和NNK)释放量的影响,利用DPS和MATLAB软件计算7种有害成分最低释放量和最低烟气危害性指数值(H值)的烘丝工艺参数,并进行了工厂验证试验。结果表明:按照苯并芘释放量优化的参数(物料入口含水率22%,蒸汽施加量325 kg/h)和H值优化参数(物料入口含水率22%,蒸汽施加量186 kg/h)进行烘丝,烘丝后样品卷烟主流烟气中的氢氰酸、CO、氨和NNK释放量以及H值的降幅均超过10%。

The effects of two pneumatic drying parameters (the moisture content in input tobacco and the rate of steam flow) on the deliveries of seven harmful components (crotonaldehyde, phenol, HCN, B[a]P, CO, NH3, and NNK) in mainstream cigarette smoke were investigated. The softwares DPS and MATLAB for the calculation of the parameters corresponding to the lowest deliveries of the seven components and the lowest value of hazard index of cigarette (H value), and the validation tests were carried out in real life production. The results showed that tobacco drying at the optimized parameters on the basis of B[a]P delivery (the moisture content in input tobacco 22% and the rate of steam flow 325 kg/hour) or H value (the moisture content in input tobacco 22% and the rate of steam flow 186 kg/hour), the deliveries of HCN, CO, NH3, and NNK in mainstream smoke and H value of cigarette samples decreased by more than 10%.
