随着社会环境的变化，三年制大专体育教育专业面临被时代淘汰的严重危机。而就业环境的恶化与办学困难的增加，是造成这一现状的主要原因。本文从培养目标、就业渠道和特色课程建设三个方面出发，为三年制大专体育教育专业的生存与发展，探索出一个符合社会需要的新型培养模式。
隨著社會環境的變化，三年製大專體育教育專業麵臨被時代淘汰的嚴重危機。而就業環境的噁化與辦學睏難的增加，是造成這一現狀的主要原因。本文從培養目標、就業渠道和特色課程建設三箇方麵齣髮，為三年製大專體育教育專業的生存與髮展，探索齣一箇符閤社會需要的新型培養模式。
수착사회배경적변화，삼년제대전체육교육전업면림피시대도태적엄중위궤。이취업배경적악화여판학곤난적증가，시조성저일현상적주요원인。본문종배양목표、취업거도화특색과정건설삼개방면출발，위삼년제대전체육교육전업적생존여발전，탐색출일개부합사회수요적신형배양모식。
With the change of social environment,the physical education majors in a 3 -year college are faced with the serious crisis of being phased out.The major cause of this situation is the deterioration of the employment environment and the increase of the difficulty in running school.This paper explores a new training mode that meets the social needs from the aspects of training objectives,channels of employment and the construction of specially -designed courses for the survival and development of the physical education major in a 3 -year college.
