目前，羽毛球运动已经成为中国乃至亚洲第一大运动项目。但是，由于羽毛球传统制作工艺的繁复和羽毛资源的制约，羽毛球的成本居高不下，这严重制约了羽毛球运动的推广和普及。本论文通过对创新式＂三段式＂羽毛球的研究和开发，改变后的＂三段式＂结构的羽毛球相较于传统的＂二段式＂羽毛球不仅在生产工艺上进行了全面的简化、生产工序由原来的26道精减到6道、生产周期从30天缩短至3分钟，而且对羽毛的可利用率提高了80％，35％以上的羽毛得到了重新使用。机器智能化生产也提高了羽毛球的稳定性。这为提高羽毛球的生产效率、降低羽毛球生产的成本和大众低廉高质化的羽毛球发展方向奠定了基础。因此，＂三段式＂羽毛球技术是羽毛球运动可持续发展所必需的。

Currently,badminton has become the most popular sport in China and even in Asia.However,due to the complexity of traditional techniques of shuttlecock production and the limitation of feather resources,the cost of shuttlecock production remains high,which is main constraint on badminton popularization.This thesis attempts to analyze the innovative three -section type shuttlecock in contrast to traditional two -section shuttlecock.The simplification of manufacturing process is realized by the former,with six procedures reduced from twenty -six and three -minute production cycle shortened from 30 days.Also,the utilization of feathers increases by 80%, with more than 35% feathers being reutilized.Furthermore,the intelligent production of shuttlecock enhances its stability,which lays the foundation of higher efficiency and lower cost of shuttlecock production,and the popularization of badminton as an economic and high -qualified sport.Therefore,three -section type shuttlecock is an indispensible part of sustainable development of badminton.
