Food technology is one of the important professional courses of food quality and safety major. In order to stimulate the interests of students effectively and improve the teaching qualities of the course, the curriculum system, the teaching contents, teaching methods, practical operation system and assessment methods were discussed to explores the reform and practice of food technology teaching.
