阳离子烷基糖苷( CAPG)是新型高性能水基钻井液处理剂,抑制性能优异,应用前景广阔。考察催化剂种类、催化剂用量、催化剂复配效果以及季铵化反应酸碱环境等对合成产品抑制性能的影响。优选催化剂为对甲苯磺酸,最佳用量为烷基糖苷质量的3%。对甲苯磺酸与十二烷基苯磺酸按质量比1:1复配,合成产品抑制效果最优,岩屑一次回收率达98.58%,岩屑相对回收率接近100%。季铵化反应前,调节pH=9时,岩屑一次回收率和相对回收率分别为98.58%和99.48%。

Cationic alkyl glucoside is a new kind of high performance water base drilling fluid treating agent,which exhibits excellent inhibition performance and has wide application prospects. The effects of catalyst types,catalyst addition amounts,catalyst compound effect and pH of quaternization reaction on the inhibition performance of synthesized products were investigated. The results showed that the preferred catalyst was p-toluene sulfonic acid,and its recommended addition amounts was 3% of alkyl glucoside mass;p-toluene sulfonic acid and dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid was combined at the mass ratio of 1:1;The inhibition performance of synthetic product was the best,the first cuttings recovery rate was 98. 58%,and the relative cuttings recovery rate was close to 100%. Before quaternization reaction and by adjusting pH value to 9,the first recovery rate and relative recovery rate of cuttings were 98. 58% and 99. 48%,respectively.
