目的::探讨红景天对复合因素致慢性疲劳大鼠血清IL-2、TNF-α水平的影响。方法:选取雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分为正常组、模型组、红景天组、归脾丸组。除正常组外,其他3组采用束缚、夹尾激怒及冷水游泳法建立大鼠模型。正常组普通饲养,模型组给予生理盐水灌胃,红景天组、归脾丸组分别给予红景天、归脾丸混悬液灌胃治疗,连续21 d。用放射免疫法检测各组大鼠血清IL-2、TNF-α水平。结果:正常组、红景天组、归脾丸组大鼠血清IL-2、TNF-α水平均较模型组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。红景天组和正常组血清IL-2、TNF-α水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。归脾丸组IL-2、TNF-α水平较正常组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:免疫调节可能是红景天治疗慢性疲劳综合征获效的机制之一。

목적::탐토홍경천대복합인소치만성피로대서혈청IL-2、TNF-α수평적영향。방법:선취웅성SD대서40지,수궤분위정상조、모형조、홍경천조、귀비환조。제정상조외,기타3조채용속박、협미격노급랭수유영법건립대서모형。정상조보통사양,모형조급여생리염수관위,홍경천조、귀비환조분별급여홍경천、귀비환혼현액관위치료,련속21 d。용방사면역법검측각조대서혈청IL-2、TNF-α수평。결과:정상조、홍경천조、귀비환조대서혈청IL-2、TNF-α수평균교모형조고,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。홍경천조화정상조혈청IL-2、TNF-α수평차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。귀비환조IL-2、TNF-α수평교정상조강저,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:면역조절가능시홍경천치료만성피로종합정획효적궤제지일。
Objective:To explore the influences of rhodiola on the levels of IL-2 , TNF-α in rats with chronic fatigue induced by composite factors. Methods:40 male SD rats were selected and randomly divided into normal group, model group, rhodiola group, guipi group. All rats were were dealed with tying, clipping the tails and cold-water swimming to establish rat models except normal group . The normal group were feeded with standard rat chow and water. The model group were given normal saline. The rhodiola group and guipi group were given rhodiola and guipi suspensions respec-tively for 21 d. The levels of IL-2, TNF-αin rats were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results:The levels of IL-2, TNF-α in normal group, rhodiola group and guipi group were higher than model group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). The differences of the levels of IL-2 , TNF-α between rhodiola group and normal group were not statistically significant ( P >0. 05). The levels of IL-2, TNF-α in guipi group were lower than normal group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion: Immunoregulation maybe one of the mechanisms of rhodiola in treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.
