目的::检测DNA依赖蛋白激酶催化亚单位( DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit,DNA-PKcs)蛋白在正常组织、癌旁组织、食管癌组织中的分布情况,探讨DNA-PKcs蛋白的表达和食管癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法测定41例食管癌患者DNA-PKcs蛋白的表达情况,并探讨其与性别、年龄、病理类型、病理分期和分化程度的关系。结果:癌组织、癌旁组织和正常组织DNA-PKcs蛋白表达阳性率分别为87.8%、63.4%、51.2%;癌组织与癌旁组织和正常组织DNA-PKcs表达两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。食管癌DNA-PKcs蛋白表达与性别、年龄、病理类型和病理分期无关,与分化程度有关,高分化组DNA-PKcs蛋白表达高于中分化组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: DNA-PKcs蛋白表达在癌组织、癌旁组织和正常组织表达不同,DNA-PKcs蛋白表达与分化程度有关,可能成为制定食管癌个体化放疗方案的指标。

목적::검측DNA의뢰단백격매최화아단위( DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit,DNA-PKcs)단백재정상조직、암방조직、식관암조직중적분포정황,탐토DNA-PKcs단백적표체화식관암림상병리특정지간적관계。방법:응용면역조화SP법측정41례식관암환자DNA-PKcs단백적표체정황,병탐토기여성별、년령、병리류형、병리분기화분화정도적관계。결과:암조직、암방조직화정상조직DNA-PKcs단백표체양성솔분별위87.8%、63.4%、51.2%;암조직여암방조직화정상조직DNA-PKcs표체량량비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。식관암DNA-PKcs단백표체여성별、년령、병리류형화병리분기무관,여분화정도유관,고분화조DNA-PKcs단백표체고우중분화조,차차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론: DNA-PKcs단백표체재암조직、암방조직화정상조직표체불동,DNA-PKcs단백표체여분화정도유관,가능성위제정식관암개체화방료방안적지표。
Objective:To detect the distribution of DNA-PKcs protein in normal tissue, adjacent tissue, and esophageal cancer tissue and investigate the relationship between the expression of DNA-PKcs protein and clinicalopathological factors of esophagus cancer. Methods:The expression of DNA-PKcs protein was detected by immunohistochemical SP technique in 41 cases of esophagus cancer. Its correlations with gender, age, pathological staging and degree of differentiation were analyzed. Results:The positive rates of DNA-PKcs protein in esophageal cancer tissues, pericarci-noma tissues and normal tissue were 87 . 8%、63 . 4%、51 . 2%. The expression of DNA-PKcs pro-tein in esophageal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that pericarcinoma tissues and nor-mal esophageal tissues ( P<0 . 05 ) . There was no difference between DNA-PKcs protein in esoph-ageal cancer tissues and gender, age, pathological type and staging, but degree of differentiation. Its expression in well-differentiated group was significantly higher than that in poorly-differentiated group ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion:DNA-PKcs protein was obviously different among different tissues and its expression was associated with degree of differentiation. DNA-PKcs protein may be the in-dicator of developing individualized radiotherapy program.
