目的:探讨健康查体者体重指数(BMI)与血压及血脂的关系。方法选取本院107例健康查体者,测量他们身高、体重、血压(BP)、血脂。根据BMI进行分组,对每组的血脂、血压情况进行分析与比较。并比较体重指数与各指标的相关性。结果三组SBP、DBP、MAP均有统计学差异。肥胖组TG、LDL-C、HDL-C与正常组比较,有统计学差异,三组间CHOL比较无统计学差异;BMI与SBP、DBP、MAP、HDL-C的相关系数分别为0.35、0.41、0.40、-0.36。结论随着BMI的增加,血压逐渐增加,肥胖是高血压的危险因素之一;随着BMI增加CHOL无明显变化,TG渐升高,而HDL-C渐下降。

목적:탐토건강사체자체중지수(BMI)여혈압급혈지적관계。방법선취본원107례건강사체자,측량타문신고、체중、혈압(BP)、혈지。근거BMI진행분조,대매조적혈지、혈압정황진행분석여비교。병비교체중지수여각지표적상관성。결과삼조SBP、DBP、MAP균유통계학차이。비반조TG、LDL-C、HDL-C여정상조비교,유통계학차이,삼조간CHOL비교무통계학차이;BMI여SBP、DBP、MAP、HDL-C적상관계수분별위0.35、0.41、0.40、-0.36。결론수착BMI적증가,혈압축점증가,비반시고혈압적위험인소지일;수착BMI증가CHOL무명현변화,TG점승고,이HDL-C점하강。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the body mass index (BMI) and the level of blood pressure and blood lipid of healthy people. Methods 107 cases of healthy persons were selected in the author's hospital. They were measured the height, weight, blood pressure (BP), blood lipid. According to body mass index (BMI) ,they were grouped, blood lipids, level of blood pressure in each group were analyzed and compared. The correlation between body mass index and each index were compared. Results Three groups of SBP, DBP, MAP had significant difference.Obesity group of TG, LDL-C, HDL-C had significant differences compared with that of normal group in, there were no significant differences between the three groups of CHOL;the correlation coefficient BMI and SBP, DBP, MAP, HDL-C were 0.35, 0.41, 0.40, -0.36. Conclusion With the increase of the BMI, blood pressure is gradually increasing, obesity is a risk factor for hypertension, with the increase of the BMI; there is no significant change in CHOL, TG gradually increased, while HDL-C decreased gradually.
