目的：通过分析门诊药房退药原因，探讨减少退药现象的途径。方法收集我院2012年1月1日～12月31日门诊退药申请单，对683张退药申请单进行统计与分析。结果退药原因主要为：药物不良反应、患者拒绝用药、病情改变、不合理用药等，退药品种以抗菌药物为主。结论我院退药现象较为普遍，医院应规范医师的处方行为，加强医患沟通，促进合理用药，保障患者用药安全、有效。
목적：통과분석문진약방퇴약원인，탐토감소퇴약현상적도경。방법수집아원2012년1월1일～12월31일문진퇴약신청단，대683장퇴약신청단진행통계여분석。결과퇴약원인주요위：약물불량반응、환자거절용약、병정개변、불합리용약등，퇴약품충이항균약물위주。결론아원퇴약현상교위보편，의원응규범의사적처방행위，가강의환구통，촉진합리용약，보장환자용약안전、유효。
Objective To explore ways to reduce the drug repercussion phenomenon through the analysis of the causes of drug return in outpatient pharmacy. Methods The 683 drug withdrawal application form in our hospital from January 1, 2012 to December 31st were collected for statistics and analysis. Results The causes of drug repercussion mainly were: adverse drug reaction, medication refused, condition change, not rational use of drugs, and so on, the types of returned drugs was antibacterial drug. Conclusion The drug repercussion phenomenon is relatively common in our hospital, the hospital should standardize physician prescribing behavior, strengthen the communication between doctors and patients, to promote the rational use of drugs, guarantee the safety and effectiveness to patients with medication.
