目的：研究系统心理护理对膀胱癌患者负性心理情绪的影响。方法选择我科室近两年收治的66例膀胱癌患者，随机分成研究组与对照组，对照组采取常规护理干预，研究组在常规护理的基础上施以系统性心理干预措施。比较两组患者抑郁、焦虑情绪及其生活质量的改变状况。结果进行心理干预后，研究组的SAS和SDS得分均显著低于对照组的得分，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。研究组的生活质量得分均显著高于对照组的得分，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论系统性心理护理对于改善膀胱癌患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪有一定的价值，利于患者预后。
목적：연구계통심리호리대방광암환자부성심리정서적영향。방법선택아과실근량년수치적66례방광암환자，수궤분성연구조여대조조，대조조채취상규호리간예，연구조재상규호리적기출상시이계통성심리간예조시。비교량조환자억욱、초필정서급기생활질량적개변상황。결과진행심리간예후，연구조적SAS화SDS득분균현저저우대조조적득분，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。연구조적생활질량득분균현저고우대조조적득분，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。결론계통성심리호리대우개선방광암환자초필、억욱등부성정서유일정적개치，리우환자예후。
Objective To study the influence of the system of psychological nursing on the negative psychological mood of patients with bladder cancer. Methods 66 cases of bladder cancer patients who were treated in my department for two years,be were selected as objective,randomly divided into research group and the control group,the control group was adopted routine nursing intervention,the research group was treated by systematic psychological intervention measures based on routine nursing intervention.The depression,anxiety and its change in the quality of life of two groups were compared. Results After psychological intervention,the scors of SAS and SDS in research team were significantly lower than control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01).The Quality of life scores in research team were significantly higher than control group,the difference had statistical significance (P < 0.01). Conclusion Systemic psychological nursing can improve anxiety,depression and other negative emotions of bladder cancer patients,it have certain value,beneficial to the prognosis of patients.
