目的：探讨护理干预作用对心力衰竭患者生存质量的影响。方法选取2010年8月~2012年10月在我院ICU监护室护理的104例心力衰竭患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组（52例）和护理干预组（52例）。两组均采用常规治疗和护理，而干预组除给予常规的护理外，还实施护理干预包括心理干预、饮食、休息、用药、疾病基础知识了解等干预措施，比较两组患者的生存质量及基本知识掌握情况的变化。结果实施护理干预后的患者，与常规护理组相比，生活质量明显改善，基本知识的掌握程度也明显改变，能够自主进行自我健康管理，且差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论实施护理干预后，患者的生存质量得到了明显的提高，该护理干预方法对心力衰竭患者的生存质量具有积极的影响，值得在临床上进行应用和推广。
목적：탐토호리간예작용대심력쇠갈환자생존질량적영향。방법선취2010년8월~2012년10월재아원ICU감호실호리적104례심력쇠갈환자위연구대상，이수궤수자표법장환자수궤분위대조조（52례）화호리간예조（52례）。량조균채용상규치료화호리，이간예조제급여상규적호리외，환실시호리간예포괄심리간예、음식、휴식、용약、질병기출지식료해등간예조시，비교량조환자적생존질량급기본지식장악정황적변화。결과실시호리간예후적환자，여상규호리조상비，생활질량명현개선，기본지식적장악정도야명현개변，능구자주진행자아건강관리，차차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론실시호리간예후，환자적생존질량득도료명현적제고，해호리간예방법대심력쇠갈환자적생존질량구유적겁적영향，치득재림상상진행응용화추엄。
Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with heart failure. Methods The clinical data of 104 cases from August 2010 to October 2012 in ICU unit of our hospital were analyzed. All the patients were divided randomly into control group (52 cases) and nursing intervention group (52 cases) by random number table. The nursing intervention such as mental intervention, diet, rest, medication and basic knowledge about heart failure were implemented in the nursing intervention group. Except that, the routine treatment and care were also given to the two groups. Then the quality of life and knowledge comprehension of the two groups were compared. Results The diffierences of quality of life and knowledge comprehension between control group and intervention group were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Patients in intervention group were capable of handling self-health management. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve patients' quality of life obviously, which has a positive effects on the health of patients with heart failure and it is also worth of clinical application and promotion.
