通过建立往复式压缩机等熵效率计算模型,基于运行环境、工况参数进行在役再设计,以便科学评估压缩机的健康能效状态并制定科学的维修决策。4M32‐180/155型CO2压缩机的应用实践表明,该方案能够解决超温、超压和打气量低的故障,对于提高压缩机运行周期、降低运行成本、提高企业经济效益具有重要的意义。

Establish the entropy efficiency calculation model of the reciprocating compressor ,then redesign the device in service based on the operating environment and working conditions ,so as to scientifically assess the health status of the compressor energy efficiency and develop scientific maintenance program . The application practice of the 4M32‐180/155‐type CO2 compressor shows that the program can solve the failures of over‐temperature , over‐pressure and the compressor low capacity . It has the important significance for increasing the compressor running cycle ,lowing the operating cost ,and improving the economic benefits .
