对尿素装置失活CO2脱氢催化剂的研究表明,无论是以煤、天然气还是以渣油为原料的尿素厂,硫都是导致脱氢催化剂失活的主要原因。结合工业应用实例,介绍硫中毒失活的 TH‐3脱氢催化剂经过再生处理后,可恢复到接近新鲜脱氢催化剂的活性,完全能够满足工业生产的要求,从而节省装置的运行费用。
對尿素裝置失活CO2脫氫催化劑的研究錶明,無論是以煤、天然氣還是以渣油為原料的尿素廠,硫都是導緻脫氫催化劑失活的主要原因。結閤工業應用實例,介紹硫中毒失活的 TH‐3脫氫催化劑經過再生處理後,可恢複到接近新鮮脫氫催化劑的活性,完全能夠滿足工業生產的要求,從而節省裝置的運行費用。

The study of the CO2 dehydrogenation catalyst deactivation shows that the sulfur is the main cause of leading CO2 dehydrogenation catalyst deactivation in the urea plant in w hich no matter what the raw material is the coal ,the natural gas or the residual oil . based on the examples of industrial application ,describe that after regeneration treatment of the deactivated sulfur‐poisoning T H‐3 dehydrogenation catalyst ,the catalyst restores to approaching to the fresh dehydrogenation catalyst activity ,and it completely could meet the industry requirements ,so the operating cost is saved .
