本文是从研究开放教育学员的学习特点出发，发现开放教育财务管理（省设课）建设中存在的主要问题，然后结合存在问题研究出适合开放教育学员特点的财务管理建设模式，并且该课程建设模式在实践中得到检验，是一种对开放教育行之有效的财务管理（省设课）建设模式，以该模式建设的财务管理使学员受益匪浅。

본문시종연구개방교육학원적학습특점출발，발현개방교육재무관리（성설과）건설중존재적주요문제，연후결합존재문제연구출괄합개방교육학원특점적재무관리건설모식，병차해과정건설모식재실천중득도검험，시일충대개방교육행지유효적재무관리（성설과）건설모식，이해모식건설적재무관리사학원수익비천。
Starting from the learning characteristics of students in open education, this article finds the main problems in the construction of the open education financial management (the province class). And then combined with the problems, the construction mode of financial management suitable for the characteristics of open education students is researched. After being tested in practice, this construction mode turned out be an effective mode and the financial management based on this mode has benefited the students a lot.
