随着当代大学生就业压力的日益严峻，在广大高校内开展大学生职业生涯规划教育已刻不容缓。作为大学生政治思想工作和心理健康工作的主力军和引导者，辅导员在帮助大学生实现职业理想方面具有重要地位，可见辅导员也是大学生职业生涯规划工作的主要指导者。本文将针对当下大学生职业生涯规划工作上存在的问题并进行分析，进而探讨辅导员在高校大学生进行职业生涯规划过程中的指导作用。

With the growing of contemporary university students' employment pressure, students' career planning education in the colleges and universities are imperative. As the main force and guider of college students' political and ideological work and mental health work, counselors play an important role in helping college students to realize their vocational ideal. So counselors are the major director of the college students' career planning work. This article will focus on the present college students' career planning and analyzes the problems existing in the work, and then discusses the guiding role of counselor in the process of career planning of college students.
