综合实习在培养学生的实践能力与创新精神方面起着至关重要的作用。然而，在综合实习过程中，学生出现了心理压力过大、焦虑、抑郁、人际关系不和谐等消极的实习心理问题。针对学生自身及实习单位的特点，在综合实习过程中，有必要研究分析实习学生的心理活动，并定期进行心理辅导，使之顺利完成实习任务，为其今后职业的发展打下坚实基础。

The comprehensive practice plays a crucial role in the training of practice ability and innovation spirit of students. However, in the comprehensive practice process, negative practice psychological problems of students appeared like psychological stress, anxiety, depression and interpersonal disharmony. According to the characteristics of the students and internship units, in the comprehensive practice process, it is necessary to study the students' psychological activities in practice, and carry out regular psychological counseling, to help them complete the internship smoothly and lay a solid foundation for their career development in the future.
