为建立化妆品中18种磺胺类相关化合物的 LC-MS／MS 测定法，将样品用丙酮提取，经 SPE 固相萃取柱净化富集，在 C18色谱柱（4．6 mm ×50 mm ×2．7μm）上以甲醇-0．1％（体积分数）甲酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱，在 ESI 正离子 MRM 模式下检测。结果发现：18种化合物在10～800 ng／mL 的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好，加标回收率为78．6％～97．2％，检出限为25μg／kg。

A LC-MS/MS method for determination of 18 kinds of sulfonamide residues in cosmetics was established.The sample was extracted by acetone,then purified by SPE.The chromatographic separation was carried out on a C18 column (4.6 mm × 50 mm × 2.7 μm ).Mixture of methanol and 0.1 %(volume fraction)formic acid-water solution was used as mo-bile phase for gradient elution.The tests were carried out in the ESI positive ion MRM mode.The results showed that the line-arity ranged from 10 to 800 ng/mL,all recoveries were between 78.6% to 97.2%,the limit of detection was 25 μg/kg.
