为探索天然植物提取物美容护肤的功效，研究了地木耳 Nostoc commune Vauch．（普通念珠藻）醇提物和水提物的抗氧化、保湿和防晒效果。结果表明，地木耳提取物对羟自由基（·OH）和过氧化氢（H2 O2）具有良好的清除能力，且失水率低、紫外线吸收能力强，具有良好的抗氧化、保湿和紫外线防护效果。不同品系地木耳的提取物在抗氧化、保湿和抗紫外线效果上无显著性差异，醇提物的效果略优于水提物。
위탐색천연식물제취물미용호부적공효，연구료지목이 Nostoc commune Vauch．（보통념주조）순제물화수제물적항양화、보습화방쇄효과。결과표명，지목이제취물대간자유기（·OH）화과양화경（H2 O2）구유량호적청제능력，차실수솔저、자외선흡수능력강，구유량호적항양화、보습화자외선방호효과。불동품계지목이적제취물재항양화、보습화항자외선효과상무현저성차이，순제물적효과략우우수제물。
In order to explore the cosmetic effect of natural plant extracts,the antioxidant activity,moisturizing and sun-screening effects of water and ethanol extracts of Nostoc commune Vauch.were studied.The results showed that the extracts from N .commune Vauch.had remarkable function of scavenging ·OH and H2 O2 in vitro ,the rate of water loss was low and the ability of ultraviolet absorption was intense,which indicated that N .commune Vauch.had positive function on the antioxi-dant activity,moisturizing and sun-screening effects.In addition,the extracts from various strains had no significant differ-ences on the antioxidant activity,moisturizing and anti-ultraviolet function.The effects of ethanol extracts were stronger than those of water extracts.
