分析并消除以电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定化妆品中汞含量时干扰因素对结果的影响。考察了不同质量数对测定结果的影响,采用204作为汞测定质量数,测定化妆品中的汞含量,有效消除了质谱型干扰,加样回收率为100.4%~104.2%。测定结果用冷原子吸收法加以验证,结果满意。

To analyze and eliminate the interference in determination of mercury in cosmetics by ICP-MS,the influences of dif-ferent mass numbers on the determination results were investigated.Mercury in cosmetics was determined by ICP-MS with 204 as mass number,which effectively eliminated the mass interference.The recoveries were in the range of 100.4% to 104.2%. Determination results were satisfactory,which were also verified by cold atomic absorption spectrometry.
