采用复合凝聚法,以广藿香精油为芯材,壳聚糖(CTS)和阿拉伯胶(GA)为壁材,制备了广藿香精油微胶囊。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、激光粒度仪、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)等对微胶囊进行表征。结果表明,当乳化剂用量为质量分数1%,芯壁质量比为1∶2,乳化转速为2500 r/min,复凝 pH 为5,固化剂用量为1.5 g 时,微胶囊包封率和载药量最佳,微胶囊球形规则、分散性好,平均粒径为10.5μm。

채용복합응취법,이엄곽향정유위심재,각취당(CTS)화아랍백효(GA)위벽재,제비료엄곽향정유미효낭。채용소묘전자현미경(SEM)、격광립도의、부리협홍외광보(FT-IR)등대미효낭진행표정。결과표명,당유화제용량위질량분수1%,심벽질량비위1∶2,유화전속위2500 r/min,복응 pH 위5,고화제용량위1.5 g 시,미효낭포봉솔화재약량최가,미효낭구형규칙、분산성호,평균립경위10.5μm。
The patchouli oil microcapsules were prepared by complex coacervation method with chitosan,and gum arabic as the wall materials,patchouli oil as the core material.The structure and properties of the microcapsuled patchouli oil were char-acterized by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),laser particle diameter analyzer,fourier transform infrared spec-trometry(FT-IR).The results showed that the entrapment efficiency and loading capacity of the microcapsule was significantly enhanced with dosage of 1 % emulsifier,the core-wall ratio of 1/2,emulsifying speed of 2 500 r/min,dosage of 1 .5 g glutar al-dehyde under the coacervation pH 5.The obtained microcapsules were spherical and dispersed with average size of 10.5 μm.
