目的：探讨MSCT平扫及增强对卵巢癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院79例经手术病理确诊为卵巢癌患者腹部MSCT平扫及增强的检查结果，比较MSCT平扫及增强对卵巢癌的诊断准确率。结果经手术病理确诊为卵巢癌79例，MSCT平扫准确诊断为卵巢癌65例（82.3%），MSCT增强准确诊断为卵巢癌76例（96.2%），二者对卵巢癌的诊断准确率有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论 MSCT平扫及增强能够提高对卵巢癌的诊断率，有利于临床指导诊疗。

목적：탐토MSCT평소급증강대란소암적진단개치。방법회고성분석아원79례경수술병리학진위란소암환자복부MSCT평소급증강적검사결과，비교MSCT평소급증강대란소암적진단준학솔。결과경수술병리학진위란소암79례，MSCT평소준학진단위란소암65례（82.3%），MSCT증강준학진단위란소암76례（96.2%），이자대란소암적진단준학솔유통계학차이（P<0.05）。결론 MSCT평소급증강능구제고대란소암적진단솔，유리우림상지도진료。
ObjectiveThe aim of this research is to explore the diagnostic accuracy of the ovarian cancer by using non-enhanced MSCT and contrast-enhanced MSCT.Methods79 patients with ovarian cancer were enrolled in this research and the 79 patients have undergone non-enhanced MSCT and contrast-enhanced MSCT. The aim of this research is to analysis the diagnostic accuracy of the ovarian cancer between the non-enhanced MSCT and contrast-enhanced MSCT.ResultsIn the 79 patients,65 cases(82.3%)were diagnosed ovarian cancer by non-enhanced MSCT and 76 cases(96.2%)were diagnosed ovarian cancer by contrast-enhanced MSCT. There are obvious differences between MSCT and contrast-enhanced MSCT(P<0.05).ConclusionNon-enhanced MSCT and contrast-enhanced MSCT could obvious improve the diagnostic accuracy of ovarian cancer. Non-enhanced MSCT and contrast-enhanced MSCT have an important influence for diagnosing ovarian cancer.
