目的：探讨碘伏加温联合思密达在手足口病口腔护理中的应用效果。方法将72例手足口病口腔溃疡患儿随机分为试验组和对照组各36例，对照组采用生理盐水溶液清洗口腔溃疡面，再局部涂擦西瓜霜喷剂；试验组采用0.5%碘伏溶液加温后清洗口腔溃疡面，再局部涂擦思密达。观察2组患儿的口腔溃疡愈合情况及愈合时间。结果试验组治疗效果优于对照组，溃疡愈合时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论碘伏加温联合思密达进行手足口病患儿的口腔护理，可提高治疗效果，促进溃疡愈合。
목적：탐토전복가온연합사밀체재수족구병구강호리중적응용효과。방법장72례수족구병구강궤양환인수궤분위시험조화대조조각36례，대조조채용생리염수용액청세구강궤양면，재국부도찰서과상분제；시험조채용0.5%전복용액가온후청세구강궤양면，재국부도찰사밀체。관찰2조환인적구강궤양유합정황급유합시간。결과시험조치료효과우우대조조，궤양유합시간단우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론전복가온연합사밀체진행수족구병환인적구강호리，가제고치료효과，촉진궤양유합。
ObjectivePurpose It explores the effect of the iodophor warmed joint Smecta in the oral care of HFMD.Method72 cases of children who had the HFMD oral ulcers were randomly divided into experimental and control groups and every group had 36 patients. The control group were washed out their mouth ulcers with saline solution,and then the rubbed the portion using Watermelon Frost. The experimental group were treated with 0.5% povidone-iodine solution warmed to wash out their mouth ulcers,and then the rubbed the portion using Watermelon Frost. It observed the oral ulcer healing and healing time of the two group's children.ResultThe therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group and the former's healing time is shorter than the latter's. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The iodophor heating Joint Smecta with Watermelon Frost instead of Saline can promote the healing of ulcers in the oral care of child patients with HFMD.
