颜回对孔子孝道理论的道德实践，是对德丧道失的黑暗时代的正面回应和无声抗诉，也是儒家孝道理论在道德实践可能性论争中的圆满胜利。颜回是孔子孝道理论的道德追随者、信仰者和实践者，作为一个时代的道德符号，颜回的孝德精神具有深远的历史价值，对于当代道德建设仍具有启发性意义。

Yanhui is the most important follower of Confucius among the ten philosophers ,who is called the second saint due to his extraordinary knowledge and virtues .His filial piety is less famous than Master Zeng ,but he is a devoted follower who has a deep understanding of Confucius’ s theory about the filial piety and even becomes a martyr for Confucius .His moral practice for filial piety shows he fought against the dark time without moral ethic and marks the victory of the Confucian filial piety theory in moral practice .He is a follower and practitioner of Confucius’ filial piety moral theory .He becomes a symbol of a moral era ,whose filial piety spirit has a profound historical value and still has an instructive significance for the contemporary moral construction .
