目的:探讨细胞质胸苷激酶(TK 1)在肺癌组织中的表达情况,分析其与临床病理特征以及与肿瘤标志物(CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE)的相关性。方法:化学发光法检测63例肺癌患者血清TK 1的表达情况,分析其与肺癌各临床病理特征间的关系,并就其敏感性及特异性与CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE进行比较。结果 TK 1在63例肺癌中的表达与吸烟史、远处转移及临床TNM分期不相关(分别为χ2=0.127,χ2=0.090,χ2=3.937,P>0.05),但与患者病理学类型有相关性(χ2=7.549,P<0.05)。 TK 1,CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE 敏感性分别为74.60%(47/63),39.68%(25/63),57.14%(36/63),28.57%(18/63),特异性分别为23.58%(25/106),79.25%(84/106),58.49%(62/106),77.35%(82/106)。结论 TK1表达在不同病理类型的肺癌组织中存在差异,且其对肺癌诊断的敏感性较CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE高。

목적:탐토세포질흉감격매(TK 1)재폐암조직중적표체정황,분석기여림상병리특정이급여종류표지물(CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE)적상관성。방법:화학발광법검측63례폐암환자혈청TK 1적표체정황,분석기여폐암각림상병리특정간적관계,병취기민감성급특이성여CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE진행비교。결과 TK 1재63례폐암중적표체여흡연사、원처전이급림상TNM분기불상관(분별위χ2=0.127,χ2=0.090,χ2=3.937,P>0.05),단여환자병이학류형유상관성(χ2=7.549,P<0.05)。 TK 1,CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE 민감성분별위74.60%(47/63),39.68%(25/63),57.14%(36/63),28.57%(18/63),특이성분별위23.58%(25/106),79.25%(84/106),58.49%(62/106),77.35%(82/106)。결론 TK1표체재불동병리류형적폐암조직중존재차이,차기대폐암진단적민감성교CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE고。
Objective To discuss the cytoplasmic expression of thymidine kinase ( TK1 ) and to analyze its relationship with CEA, CYFRA21-1, NSE and clinicopathological characteristics in lung cancer. Methods The TK 1 expression was detected by chemiluminescence in serum of 63 patients with lung cancer, and further correlated with various clinicopathological characteristics and compared sensitivity and specificity with CEA ,CYFRA21-1, NSE. Re-sults The expression of TK1 was positively correlated with tumor histology (χ2 =7. 549, P<0. 05). but it showed no correlation with smoking history, distant metastasis and TNM stage (P>0. 05). The sensitivity of TK 1, CEA, CYFRA21-1 and NSE was 74. 60% ( 47/63 ) , 39. 68% ( 25/63 ) , 57. 14% ( 36/63 ) and 28. 57% ( 18/63 ) re-spectively, while the specificity was 23. 58% ( 25/106 ) , 79. 25% ( 84/106 ) , 58. 49% ( 62/106 ) and 77. 35%(82/106) respectively. Conclusion The TK1 expression level is various in different pathological types of lung cancer tissue, and is more sensitive than CEA,CYFEA21-1 and NSE in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
