目的:观察研究胸腔镜肺癌根治术对患者疼痛应激及代谢反应的影响。方法选取2011年11月~2013年12月本院收治的78例肺癌患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(开胸根治术组)39例和观察组(胸腔镜根治术组)39例,然后将两组患者手术前和手术后1 d、3 d与5 d的血清疼痛应激、蛋白代谢及其他代谢指标水平进行比较。结果观察组手术后1d、3d与5d的血清蛋白代谢指标均高于对照组,而疼痛应激及其他代谢指标水平则均低于对照组,P均<0.05。结论胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者的疼痛应激程度相对较小,其手术对患者代谢反应的不良影响也相对更小。

목적:관찰연구흉강경폐암근치술대환자동통응격급대사반응적영향。방법선취2011년11월~2013년12월본원수치적78례폐암환자위연구대상,장기수궤분위대조조(개흉근치술조)39례화관찰조(흉강경근치술조)39례,연후장량조환자수술전화수술후1 d、3 d여5 d적혈청동통응격、단백대사급기타대사지표수평진행비교。결과관찰조수술후1d、3d여5d적혈청단백대사지표균고우대조조,이동통응격급기타대사지표수평칙균저우대조조,P균<0.05。결론흉강경폐암근치술환자적동통응격정도상대교소,기수술대환자대사반응적불량영향야상대경소。
Objective To observe the influence of thoracoscopic radical resection on pain stress and meta-bolic reaction in the treatment of patients with pulmonary carcinoma. Methods 78 patients with pulmonary carcino-ma in our hospital from November 2011 to December 2013 were randomly divided into the control group ( open radical resection group) and the observation group (thoracoscopic radical resection group). The parameters of serum pain stress, proteometabolism and other metabolic indexes were compared between the two groups before and 1, 3 and 5 days after the operation. Results The serum proteometabolism indexes were all higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the pain stress and other metabolic indexes were all lower in the observation group than in the control group after the treatment (P<0. 05). Conclusion Thoracoscopic radical resection has lower degree of pain stress and less negative influence on metabolic reaction in the treatment of patients with pulmonary carcinoma.
