采用计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟,研究3个医药洁净室的气流流型及颗粒物浓度。采用标准 k-ε双方程模型,通过模拟颗粒物在洁净室的分布,分析合理的污染物散发位置及散发比例。对比参考发尘量下的结果与实测数据的差异,根据实测数据确定污染散发量,通过试验不同的单位容积发尘量,计算对应的洁净度,得到与实测数据吻合最好的单位容积发尘量。在单位容积发尘量为1000 pc·(m3·min)-1计算条件下,各房间的模拟结果与实测数据数值比较吻合,且经 CFD 预测的3个房间的洁净度变化趋势与实测一致。
採用計算流體動力學(CFD)模擬,研究3箇醫藥潔淨室的氣流流型及顆粒物濃度。採用標準 k-ε雙方程模型,通過模擬顆粒物在潔淨室的分佈,分析閤理的汙染物散髮位置及散髮比例。對比參攷髮塵量下的結果與實測數據的差異,根據實測數據確定汙染散髮量,通過試驗不同的單位容積髮塵量,計算對應的潔淨度,得到與實測數據吻閤最好的單位容積髮塵量。在單位容積髮塵量為1000 pc·(m3·min)-1計算條件下,各房間的模擬結果與實測數據數值比較吻閤,且經 CFD 預測的3箇房間的潔淨度變化趨勢與實測一緻。

In this work,the air flow patterns and particle concentrations of three pharmaceutical clean rooms were stud-ied using computational fluid dynamics (CFD)simulation.A standard k-εdouble-equation model was used to simulate the distribution of particles in the clean room and analyze the rational pollutant dissemination position and distribution ratio. By comparing the differences between the results of the referenced dust content and the measured data,the pollution emis-sions were determined according to the measured data.And the corresponding cleanliness was calculated by changing the dust content per unit volume (DCPUV)to get the best DCPUV value which was in accordance with the experimental da-ta.When the DCPUV reached 1 000 pc·(m3 ·min)-1 ,the numerical simulation results and experimental data of each room fit well,and the cleanliness of three rooms is consistent with the observed trends by the CFD predictions.
