水下航行器密闭电池舱段中聚合物锂离子电池工作时所产生的热量极难散出,这会导致聚合物锂离子电池组温度升高,进而影响其性能和安全性。本文针对水下航行器密闭舱段对聚合物锂离子电池建立数学模型,利用Ansys软件对电池组、1/2电池组、50及20块电池所组成的电池组进行温度场分析。通过分析结果可知,片状聚合物锂离子电池叠加在一起时,热量主要沿侧面散出,两端面对电池组温度影响较小,在对电池组进行温度场分析时,正负极极耳不能忽略。

The heat transmission of polymer Lithium-ion battery pack is quite difficulty in the cabin of underwater vehicle. The heat will cause temperature to rise quickly and eventually influences the function and safety of Polymer Lithium-ion battery pack. This paper establishes the temperature′s mathematical model for the Polymer Lithium-ion battery packed in underwater vehicle′s cabin and uses the software Ansys to analyse the temperature field of battery pack, 1/2 battery pack and the battery pack with 50 and 20 batteries. We can get the following conclusions by analysis. First, the battery pack transmits heat mainly across its flank. Second, the two head/end faces of battery pack have little influence to the temperature field of battery pack. Third, the positive and negative electrodes can not be neglected to analyse the temperature field of battery pack.
